COVID-19 Update #4

Updated: Apr 2, 2020

Sunday, March 29th, President Trump extended the social distancing guidelines through April 30th. Therefore, in keeping with those guidelines, we will continue to post our services LIVE online at facebook.com/morrisonbc, as we have done for the past two weeks, but we will not meet in person at the church house until May 1st. We will worship together in spirit in our homes until we are able to gather in person once again. We pray it will be soon. We will continue to update as more information is available.

Part of being a good Christian is to be a good citizen and to love our neighbors. The best way to do that in this crisis is to comply with the government recommendations in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

So, what can we do during this time? Here are a few suggestions:

1. Contact fellow church members often to see how they are doing, and let the pastor and/or deacons know if there is someone in need.

2. Continue to worship at home, participating in the online worship services.

3. Pray for our members, community and nation.

4. If you are able, continue to support the church financially by mail.
